The Westlyn is a planned luxury mixed-use development in Old West Austin, bringing 27 residences and curated retail space to the former Nau’s Enfield Drug site near West Lynn and 12th Street. In a neighborhood with deep local memory and high expectations for design, the project has to do more than add new homes. It has to create a tenant experience that feels refined, convenient, secure, and appropriately integrated into its urban setting.
EnvelopiQ is providing technology advisory services, advising and designing the technology approach around the client’s desired tenant experience. Our role is to help define the systems, infrastructure, and integration logic that support daily living, retail activation, access, connectivity, safety, and operational ease. The value is making technology part of the experience from the beginning, not a late-stage layer added after the design intent is already set.
