Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is a marquee hospitality and convention project reshaping the downtown Indianapolis skyline. Planned as a 38-story, 800-room hotel connected to the Indiana Convention Center, the project will add a major new headquarters hotel, nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and a 50,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom that strengthens the city’s ability to host large-scale conventions, events, and visitors.
For a project of this scale, life safety and secure access are not background systems. They are core operating infrastructure. A high-rise convention hotel has to support thousands of guests, staff, vendors, event attendees, and operators moving through the building with clarity, safety, and control. The technology has to work quietly, consistently, and at scale.
EnvelopiQ is providing technology integration for the fire and life safety system, digital locking, and card access. The value is confidence: helping deliver critical systems that support safe occupancy, controlled movement, guest and staff access, and reliable building operations inside one of Indianapolis’ most visible hospitality developments.
