OCVIBE is a $4 billion, 95-acre entertainment district planned around the Honda Center in Anaheim, with office, retail, dining, residential, hotel, parking, parks, plazas, and live entertainment woven into one connected destination. EnvelopiQ was engaged as the owner’s technical representative to help guide the technology vision for a district where the experience depends on more than individual systems working in isolation.
At this scale, technology becomes part of the district operating model. It affects how guests arrive, move, gather, connect, transact, feel safe, and return. EnvelopiQ’s role was to help the owner evaluate technology decisions through that larger lens, protecting the guest experience and operational intent before vendor, infrastructure, and system decisions hardened.
Our value was not simply advising on smart technology. It was helping frame technology as connective tissue for a future district experience, supporting movement, safety, activation, operations, and trust across one of the most ambitious mixed-use entertainment environments in the country.
