Northwestern Mutual’s Indiana headquarters brought four office locations together into one new workplace on Indianapolis’ north side, creating an open office environment designed to support growth, client service, collaboration, and daily team connection. The build-out spans two floors and includes workplace, common, corridor, meeting, and classroom environments that support both employee and client-facing activity.
EnvelopiQ provided technology advisory, construction management, and integration services across the headquarters’ audio visual systems, IT infrastructure, lighting control, automatic roller shades, and cellular enhancement. Our role was to help align the technology with the way Northwestern Mutual’s teams work, meet, host clients, and operate throughout the day.
The value was a workplace technology environment planned and delivered around experience. Reliable connectivity, intuitive meeting spaces, controlled lighting, cellular coverage, and integrated infrastructure all support a headquarters that feels easier to use, easier to manage, and better aligned with the company’s next stage of growth.
