Lumina Foundation’s Indianapolis headquarters at Bottleworks was designed as an inclusive, collaborative workplace that supports the foundation’s mission to expand learning opportunities beyond high school. The new office environment brings together equity-centered design, flexible collaboration, universal accessibility, natural light, city views, and a strong sense of belonging into a workplace built around people and purpose.
EnvelopiQ provided technology advisory and integration services for the office’s audio visual, IT, and security systems. Our role was to help align the technology with the workplace experience, supporting collaboration, communication, secure access, reliable connectivity, and daily operational ease.
The value was a technology environment planned around how Lumina’s team works, gathers, hosts, and connects. In a mission-driven workplace, technology should not compete with the experience. It should quietly support the people, conversations, and outcomes the space was designed to enable.
