Elanco’s new global headquarters is part of a broader $300 million investment in Indiana, planned on 40 acres of the former GM Stamping Plant site along the White River. The 220,000-square-foot campus was designed to support a more sustainable, employee-focused workplace and a state-of-the-art innovation center. EnvelopiQ helped translate that ambition into a coordinated technology strategy, then carried the work through delivery, integration, and Day 2 continuity.
For Elanco, the technology challenge was tied directly to workplace experience. The campus needed to support collaboration, innovation, daily comfort, secure movement, operational visibility, and a more connected way of working. EnvelopiQ helped connect those user journeys to the systems behind them, so the headquarters would function as a coherent environment rather than a collection of independent technology decisions.
Our work included audio visual, building automation, access control, life safety, video security, user journey mapping, and design assistance. The value was not a list of systems. It was technology planned, delivered, and supported around how people would use, operate, and trust the new headquarters.
