Bottleworks transformed the historic Coca-Cola bottling plant on Mass Ave into a $300 million, 12-acre mixed-use destination with hospitality, dining, retail, residential, office, entertainment, and parking. EnvelopiQ helped plan, manage, integrate, and support district-wide technology across a complex adaptive reuse environment where the systems had to serve many users, operators, tenants, and experiences at once.
The challenge was not just technical scope. It was continuity. A district like Bottleworks depends on technology that can support daily operations, tenant needs, guest experience, public activation, and long-term ownership without exposing the seams between trades, vendors, and systems. EnvelopiQ helped create that connective layer across planning, delivery, integration, and Day 2 support.
Our work included district-wide program development, ISP selection and negotiation, Wi-Fi, professional AV, lighting control, parking control, building automation, video surveillance, access control, point of sale, fire alarm, and technology budgeting. The result was a coordinated technology foundation for a landmark district where history, hospitality, operations, and tenant experience all had to work together.
