EnvelopiQ is providing technology advisory services, leading the effort to smartly plan and design the technology around the owner’s vision for property management and tenant experience. Our role is to help define the systems, infrastructure, and integration logic that support resident convenience, secure access, reliable connectivity, amenity use, retail activation, parking experience, and operational visibility.
EnvelopiQ will also provide technology integration services for the project’s IT network infrastructure. The value is a technology foundation planned with intent, supporting how residents live, how retailers connect, how property teams operate, and how the development performs after opening.
