Parade Park is a historically significant redevelopment in Kansas City, Missouri, reimagining one of the nation’s first Black-owned housing cooperatives into a new mixed-income residential community. Led by Twelfth Street Heritage and Flaherty & Collins, the transformation is designed to preserve the legacy of Parade Park while creating high-quality housing, long-term stability, and renewed neighborhood pride.
EnvelopiQ is providing technology advisory services, leading the effort to smartly plan and design the technology around the owner’s vision for property management and resident experience. Our role is to help define the systems, infrastructure, and integration logic that support resident convenience, secure access, reliable connectivity, amenity use, community operations, and long-term property performance.
EnvelopiQ will also provide technology integration services for the project’s IT network infrastructure. The value is a technology foundation planned with intent, supporting how residents live, how property teams operate, and how the community performs after opening.
