6Main is a $38 million mixed-use development in downtown Richmond, transforming the former Elder-Beerman department store site into 150 luxury apartments with approximately 3,000 square feet of first-floor retail. EnvelopiQ is providing technology advisory services, leading the effort to smartly plan and design the technology around the owner’s vision for property management and tenant experience. Our role is to help define the systems, infrastructure, and integration logic that support resident convenience, retail activation, secure access, reliable connectivity, amenity use, and operational visibility.
EnvelopiQ will also provide technology integration services for the project’s IT network infrastructure. The value is a technology foundation planned with intent, supporting how residents live, how property teams operate, and how the building performs after opening.
