Four County Behavioral Health Center’s Logansport facility was improved to better serve patients across rural North Central Indiana, with a focus on optimizing the patient experience through a new entry, stronger wayfinding, improved accessibility, and renovated interior therapy spaces. In a behavioral health environment, technology has to support more than building function. It has to help create a place that feels clear, safe, calm, and easy to navigate for patients, families, clinicians, and staff.
EnvelopiQ provided technology advisory, construction management, integration, and Day 2 support across the facility’s core technology systems. Our work included voice and data cabling, audio visual systems, intelligent fire alarm and detection, cloud-based access control, local area network coordination, and Wi-Fi designed to provide reliable coverage throughout the facility.
The value was continuity from planning through operation. EnvelopiQ helped coordinate the technology layer so the renovated facility could support clinical workflow, patient privacy, secure access, reliable connectivity, staff communication, and long-term support. For a behavioral health provider, that technology has to be dependable without becoming the center of attention. It should quietly support care.
