COTA T-11 Car Condos sits at Turn 11 of Circuit of the Americas, creating a luxury automotive community directly tied to a world-class motorsports and entertainment destination. The development includes 178 luxury units and shared amenities such as clubhouse space, pool, outdoor lounge, conference rooms, showers, plaza areas, and on-site management.
This project is highly experiential by nature. Owners are not just buying storage for luxury and exotic vehicles. They are buying access to a lifestyle environment shaped by motorsports, hospitality, security, convenience, and community. That makes the technology decisions more consequential. Access, surveillance, connectivity, amenity systems, and vendor coordination all affect whether the property feels premium, seamless, and trustworthy.
EnvelopiQ was engaged as the owner’s technical representative to guide the technology vision and final implementation strategy. Our role was to help ensure disparate systems and vendors were coordinated so the final integrated environment could operate as intended. The value was protecting owner intent across a destination property where technology must support both the asset and the experience.
