SEP’s Westfield headquarters was planned as the company’s “forever home,” a new corporate campus on more than 20 acres designed to support growth, culture, creativity, and in-person collaboration. Public reporting describes the headquarters as approximately 70,000 square feet, built to give the employee-owned software firm a stronger long-term home.
EnvelopiQ worked with SEP’s stakeholders to advise, manage, and deliver the technology systems needed to support that workplace vision, including AV, security, IT infrastructure, sound masking, and intrusion systems. The value was not just a working office. It was a technology environment planned around how SEP’s people collaborate, focus, host, create, and feel at home in the space.
