One at The Peninsula anchors part of a major riverfront redevelopment in downtown Columbus, a larger $500 million effort to extend the downtown experience west along the Scioto River. EnvelopiQ served as the owner’s technical representative, providing leadership for the technology and integration aspects of the development.
Our role was to advocate for the owner across procurement, installation, and integration decisions for landlord and tenant-facing technology systems. In a resort-style, mixed-use environment with residential, office, dining, hospitality, public space, and waterfront activity, the value was protecting the connected experience before fragmented technology decisions could create gaps between design intent and daily operation.
