She brings more than 20 years of experience leading institutional partnerships and strategic initiatives across healthcare, higher education, civic, and major capital projects. Her work focuses on aligning executive priorities across stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners. She is especially effective in complex, high-impact programs where cross-functional clarity and coordination are critical.

Before joining EnvelopiQ, Rosie served in a leadership role at Purdue University, where she advanced strategic partnerships with some of the world’s leading technology companies and helped align academic, institutional, and industry priorities around shared initiatives.

Rosie is known for simplifying complex challenges, building consensus among leadership teams, and moving institutional priorities from strategy to execution.
