Travis Easter is a Technology Program Manager at EnvelopiQ, where he leads complex technology programs from early planning through execution and long-term operational support.

Travis brings deep experience in technology program management, master systems integration, preconstruction, project execution, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and owner representation. His work is focused on helping owners bring structure and control to complex technology initiatives before decisions harden and project risk becomes expensive.

At EnvelopiQ, Travis supports technology integration projects across services such as Owner’s Technical Representative, Systems Integration, Technology Master Planning, and Technology Construction Management. He works with owners, design teams, contractors, and technology partners to align scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and execution around the outcomes a project is expected to deliver.

Before joining EnvelopiQ in 2022, Travis served as Director of Operations at Albireo Energy, where he supported Master Systems Integration projects across North America and provided leadership in project planning, project management, contract management, performance contracting, and cost estimation. He also spent more than a decade with Johnson Controls, providing management consulting, strategic planning, process improvement, policy development, and engineering leadership across healthcare, commercial construction, industrial, federal, and retail environments.

Travis is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer and brings additional credentials across structured cabling, telecommunications design, and technical training. His background gives clients confidence that technology programs are being planned with discipline, executed with accountability, and supported beyond the point of installation.

Travis is known for his steady leadership, technical fluency, and ability to guide complex projects through the full lifecycle, from initial development to Day 2 performance.
